Michael E. Glover

Vice President Sales and Business Development

Michael “Mike” Glover is the Sales and Business Development leader responsible for GoAeroMx’s global go-to-market and partner acquisition strategies. He holds a FAA Multi-engine pilot certificate as well as an Airframe and Powerplant certificate and he leads business activities including planning, directing and coaching sales teams; ensuring the accurate maintenance of customers’ records; assisting in the collection of problem accounts; and assisting in the preparation of financial packages for specific customers.

Prior to GoAeroMx, Mike had twelve years in engine MRO as well as advanced avionics programs with StandardAero, Innovative Solutions and Support and Avidyne Corporation and twelve years with Delta Air Lines and all positions were based in Atlanta, Georgia. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management and an associate’s degree in Aviation Technologies from Southern Illinois University.


Neil Sparkman

Vice President of Technical Operations

Neil Sparkman leads GoAeroMx’s Technical Operations team. He is the responsible manager for Regulatory Compliance, Airworthiness, Maintenance, and Engineering of aircraft operated under FAR 125 and OTAR 125. Types of aircraft managed include B727-200, B737-400, B737-700(BBJ), B757-200, B767-200, and DC8. His staff includes the technical operations team for GoAeroMx’s FAR145 Repair Station and the Port San Antonio production Facility.

He is the company liaison with the FAA, TCCA, BDCA, CAACI and his responsibilities include:

  • Line and Heavy Maintenance
  • Major engineering projects
  • Powerplant shop management
  • Aircraft acquisition
  • Company manual development
  • Vendor Management
  • FAR 145 Repair Station Accountable Manager
  • FAR Part 21 PMA Facility Operations
  • OTAR 39 Continuous Airworthiness Management Organization Operations

Prior to GoAeroMx, Neil had 18 years FAR 121 operator maintenance experience with Champion Air, PACE Airlines and Swift Air in various management capacities. He served as a Crew Chief on US Air Force C-141B and Texas Air National Guard C-130H aircraft. Holds an FAA Airframe and Powerplant License with a Validation by Bermuda Department of Civil Aviation and an A.S. in Aerospace from the Community College of the Air Force.


Wayne Branan

Quality Assurance Manager

Over 34 years in the aviation industry working with FAR parts 21, 25, 91, 121 and 145 and holding positions of Director of Maintenance and Director of Quality/Chief Inspector. He participated in the startup of FAR part 121 air carriers and FAR part 145 repair stations, creating all necessary programs, processes, procedures, and manuals required by Regulatory Authorities including FAA, EASA, TCCA. Wayne developed and implemented CASS and SMS programs for FAR Part 121 air carriers to provide continuing analysis and safety management for the operations. His airframe experience includes Boeing 727, 737C, 737NG, 757, 767, A320, A319, DC-9, MD-88, and Fokker F100 Aircraft.


Elizabeth Jorsey

Maintenance Planning and Programs Manager

Elizabeth holds a B.S. Degree in Air Transportation Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and has over 25 years of technical, administrative and management experience in the aviation industry. She has extensive experience in aircraft maintenance ranging from Heavy Maintenance Representative to Director of Technical Services of a FAR 121 Airline working at an executive level, interfacing with Major Aircraft Leasing Companies, Aircraft Repair Facilities, Aircraft Manufacturers, Foreign and Domestic Airlines.

Elizabeth’s core experiences are in the following areas:

  • MSG-3 analysis,
  • Task card development,
  • Maintenance program development
  • Maintenance Planning
  • SSID program development and review,
  • MRB presentations
  • ETOPS Programs
  • Reliability programs management and development
  • Technical Writing for Operational Manuals

Elizabeth has worked in various managerial capacities throughout her career. She has built departmental infrastructures by recruiting professionals and instituting a system of team leaders to develop, organize, and operate production organizations. Her team is proficient in all levels of maintenance, administration and technical operations. Her ability to create a customized maintenance system for an individual aircraft or a fleet of aircraft for an airline adds a level of experience that elevates the GoAeroMx product to a benchmark above the rest.


Ken Remmert

Technical Coordinators

Ken Remmert is a 25 year industry veteran with Commercial and VVIP Aircraft experience. He holds an FAA Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic License with many years experience as a MRO Project Manager supporting line and heavy maintenance, modifications and interior retrofits on Boeing and Airbus aircraft. Ken has held many positions in his career ranging from a line mechanic at a major US Air Carrier to a Senior Maintenance Controller. His broad experience deepens the acumen within the Technical Operations Team at GoAeroMx
